Introducing The Underforge! Our Modular Gaming Terrain

Yet another brilliant project we’ve been working away on in the background, alongside The Colour Forge North America, and The Signature Series!
We’ve piled many many rounds into product development. Fine-tuning dimensions, tweaking the design, and looking for ways to make the set as customisable as possible. And we’re really happy with the results that came out at the end!
Starting with a sci-fi-themed set, we wanted you to be able to grab a kit and have endless ways to put it together. We wanted your terrain to look as fresh and interesting at the end of your narrative campaign as it did at the beginning. We wanted it to fit together securely so you can build vertically without worrying about an uncontrolled demolition. We wanted good-looking terrain that could add to the look and feel of your games. And we wanted it to be really affordable, so those massive tables of terrain don’t break the bank. Suffice to say we are really pleased with what we’ve made available for you.
Hitting the webstore today is the Underforge Mega Bundle! Made up of the Core Set, The Platforms and Walkways set, and the Crates & Objectives set. This bundle is designed to kick off your adventure into our modular terrain system.
With columns, walls, and doorways the Core Set gives you tight, claustrophobic back alleys that wind their way from open plazas and marketplaces to make for cinematic running fightfights throughout the tabletop. With the ladders and stairs also in the Core Set, you’ll be able to add verticality and open up a line of sight to the enemy.
Throw in the Platforms and Walkways to open up even more verticality, upper floor plazas, bridges to cross open streets below, and some railings… because “safety first”, we wouldn’t want anyone to get hurt during the gunfight!
And lastly, the Crates and Objectives set, with scatter terrain to help bring life and purpose to the Underforge, and objective markers because there is nothing funnier than dominating your opponent in a gunfight only to lose because you forgot about objective points!
You can have real epic games when you start combining these sets together!
2 full Mega Bundles has made this glorious scene, where gangs go toe to toe across a sprawling industrial zone. Verticallity, securely put together, with a ton of ways around the battlespace giving you a couple of ways to go grab that annoying sniper so there’s only a 50/50 chance of tripping a boobytrap.
And we’re not done here. In the coming months, we’ll be releasing further Underforge sets to augment today’s new release. We’re already excitedly working on a handful of themed sets with the requirement that every add-on set will be specifically designed to be a brilliant addition to the Core Set.
